I think I might be of assistance, alot of times when you reinstall drivers you need to use a driver cleaner application, I use Nasty file remover and it works great. I really don't trust nvidia's default drivers as i've had problems running chronicles of riddick,and alot of other games on updated drivers with more coding there's more problems ,the older drivers worked better??
